Description: Worn upon the forearm, the Personal Defense Assistant is the latest in strategic warfare providing the user with universal abilities to detect, identify and destroy enemies from above with pin-point accuracy using the Personal Defense Assistants powerful operating system and the satellite that orbits around the device when online. As a piece of Talaz Lagaarian technology, it is a rare artifact and highly coveted amongst collectors.

Measurements: Custom fit to each user, the Personal Defense Assistant is roughly the size of half their forearm.

Extra

Flexible Usage: When purchasing the Personal Defense Assistant, the user may either claim it in their off-hand slot as a shield allowing them to benefit from the shield weapon mastery perks, or as a Relic in which case it will be consider being worn beneath their armor.

Drawbacks:

Delayed Response: All spells cast through Death from Above cost base mana and have base cool-down.

Effects

EPS: The Personal Defense Assistant automatically creates a 1:1 map that the user may read from which identifies everyone within the topic and is categorised into four colours; blue individuals represents the user and their companion/s, green individuals represent allies, yellow individuals represent unknown individuals such as citizens and animals, red individuals represent hostiles and enemies.
Death from Above: The user's spells can now be cast as though they were from the sky causing them to be able to ignore spell range, spell cast time remains relative to the distance between the user and the target. This effect can be used on all spells except for Ultimate or Signature Spells, this effect can only performed twice per turn as the satellite attached to the Personal Defense Assistant can only accept so many prompts at once.
Beam Technology: Projectile-based spells cast by the user act as though they were beams having a size equivalent to two ranks lower than their base rank regardless of type.

Effect: The user slams down upon the Personal Defense Assistant prompting the Orbital Cannon to fire down upon the target anywhere within the topic in the following post as the Satelite begins to charge the blast. While charging the blast will continue to home on the target without discrimination maintaining a lock on them regardless of their speed with them at the centre. In the following post, the blast will cause the air around the target to immediately slam them to the ground ignoring any knock-back immunities and creating a devasting shockwave causing 2x S-Ranks worth of damage to everything within a 32-meter diameter area and knocking back everything environmental-based up to 100 meters away. Due to the sheer damaging effects of the Blast, the full amount of damage will be carried over to additional equipment or targets rather than the equipment preventing whatever portion of damage that had otherwise been blocked.
