The Tons of Towering Power. (With Iza) [FCM – Titanic Horrors] Empty Mon Sep 02, 2024 12:01 pm

Yijun heard that the city that he and Iza had just cleaned out of rioters was now being attacked by giant monsters. Yijun was starting to think that the north was now cursed from the changing hands of the guild master in the north with so many things now happening all at once and in such a poor form this was clearly something that was above what it should have been by he had not seen anything about Kaito or Yuurei being around had someone sent those two away from this world on a dangerous quest or something as they were usually the first two to come running when trouble started happening but he hadn't heard anything about the two of them while he was in this country and that was a bit worrying to him as he entered the area that the monsters had been seen and that was when a towering monster had come running out of seemingly no where at high speed heading right for him and the city.

Yijun hoped that Iza was near by and had some kind of plan and Yijun transformed and flew straight at the monster and attempted to attack it slashing the creatures body but the creature just seemed to heal as fast as he hit it.

Iza was surprised that the rioters were gone. Still, as soon as they were gone, it seemed like another threat had arrived in the city. This was interesting, but at least they got all the stupid humans out of here, right? Well, this was going to be interesting. When he heard all the noises that were going on and a bit of screaming from what humans were around, he noticed something huge nearby.

It cast a shadow amongst a lot of things, and he would shake his head as if he couldn’t believe what he had seen. He hadn’t seen one of these in decades, they usually weren’t in this part of the world. He remembered they had attacked the North before, but to be here again was something different. The Wood-elf noticed that someone familiar was in the sky. Yijun was fighting and he sighed that meant he was going to have to join in on this.

Yijun unleashed slash spell attacks wondering if they just had a thick hide that stopped them from talking lasting damage from the physical attacks of his spear but the slash attacks don't leave lasting damage either though he was not sure if his own magic would have much effect either unless the healing was mana based but this was not the time to be throwing too many ideas at the wall to see what sticks he needed to change this creatures route but in the air he can see some smaller ones that is when something hit him he could see the ones below weak points were the back of their neck and Yijun looked at the one in front of him and he wonders if he were to get higher if he could get to the back of this ones neck and he full daemon transformed to be able to get higher as he strikes the monsters body and he can see it the weak point of this huge monster was the back of the neck.

Iza watched Yijun fight these giant things. It seemed like he had his hand full for sure and he sighed as he figured that he would go and help him.

“Let’s help him out.” He said to Sylph as she knew what she meant.

It was then that she would fuse with Iza right then and there. It would reveal the one wing, the half-crown, and the bracelet on his left side filled with mana made of wind. He would take out his two daggers now, knowing he didn’t have to use the wind sword anymore. The jester would fly into the air and he noticed that Yijun was looking at the back of the giant.

He had moved over to the smaller one that had hit Yijun.

“I guess we can try to see if what Yijun is looking at is their weak point. That’s what he is usually looking for most of the time.” They said as they rushed behind the little one.

It was then he would swing both his daggers onto the creature's neck, one making a wound and the second one making it deeper and causing it to fall to the ground.

Yijun smiled as he had seen Iza show up as well as this was a very needed time for them to have shown up to help him and Yijun sent his slash spell into the back of the big ones neck and then he rushed into slash the big one across the neck but the spot hardened as he attempted it Yijun and his spear bounced off of the hardened skin that had appeared their. "Be careful they might also be able to harden their skin I nearly just broke my hand on this ones." Yijun's hands were aching and he felt like he had hit a full solid wall with his weapon and that had reverberated back through the weapon and into his hands. He made cast motions and he started rapid firing weak spells into the big creature as this thing had to be using it's mana to make it's spin hard as diamond and Yijun needed to make this thing tire itself out. He sees they are getting close to the city and he knows what he is going to have to do and he started to spin his spear in his hurting hands.

Iza heard his words and he looked at the one smaller than the one Yijun was fighting against. It looked like the little one wasn’t able to do that, but the big one was able to. He would take note of Yijun’s words and he would have to look carefully when he attacked these things.

“It seems like only the big ones have that ability. This one didn’t do it or at least I guess it didn’t notice that I was behind it.” They said to Yijun.

He was going to help his partner but noticed that something had leaped up to him. His eyes widened when he saw that this thing tried to take a bite out of him. He would activate a spell and he would pass gas of wind magic. This would push him away as he had also summoned his Stand. It was the only way to activate his spells to begin with. It was a close one as he looked at the creature now aware there were more.

Yijun flew a good enough distance away and started spinning the spear harder. "Get some where safe Iza!" It started making an orb that was sucking back the big titan and the smaller ones that are starting to jump toward the city. Yijun knows this is only a band aid fix for the moment but he was far enough away that it was stopping most of the titans from making it to the city but that leaves Iza to kill the ones that git closer to the city as Yijun had to get far enough back to make sure that he didn't start sucking up the city as well in the orb over his head as it was sucking the titans back as it was lifting them off the ground but the titans were also starting to hold onto the ground for dear life but Yijun was not going to let up as this is all he can do right now and he had to hope that Iza could handle the few that got away.

Iza heard Yijun speak and It seemed like he was doing something that would probably harm him if he stood there. The Elf would fly away from the area as he figured if it was a strong spell, then he needed to be a certain number of meters away. When he was in the clear he watched as a black orb would appear and it would start sucking up the giants that were around the area. He figured that Yijun had that taken care of, so he would fly around the man, keeping a safe distance and toward the Titans that were not affected by the black orb.

He would make his way toward the giants that were heading to the city. He would cut one down with ease, and it had alerted the others. The jester had attempted to cut a huge one in the back of his neck, but it hardened its neck. He didn’t clash with his weapon there, but needed a way to distract it, so he could cut through without it hardening its neck.

Yijun watched as the titans are being sucked up into the orb that was destroying them or so he hoped and it pulled titans that were hidden in the trees as they were smaller. Yijun wondered what the hell was going on as there was not a lot that he can do about it if there were to be an attack like this, again he wondered where Yuurei and Kaito were as these monsters were running rough shot over the north and he was not sure if there was a reason that the heroes were no where to be seen as they fought were they watching from a distance and seeing if others could grow to be heroes like them or were they just missing from the world right now as they were needed but were not heeding a call to help the north that is something that Yijun wasn't sure that he could forgive as there were so many things happening all at once. Yijun's hands were getting tired and were hurting for him slamming his spear into the hardened skin.

Iza thought about it and he figured that his champions would be more than enough when it came to distracting these things. He would look at his Champion and it would summon one of the champions here. It was then he watched the Titan rush towards the clown. It would have its eyes pop out of his socket as he saw what was coming. Iza’s Stand would signal it to run, and so it would.

The Jester saw this was working at the thing wasn’t paying attention to him right now. The jester would soar through the air and toward the monstrosity in front of him. He would take his dagger and he would cut straight through the flesh without a problem. He did it twice for safe measures, and it would fall to the ground. The clowns on the ground would throw themselves to the side as they didn’t want to get squashed.

Yijun having cleared a good amount of the creatures stops and dead bodies drop to the ground below him in a pile and he went down and took the time to make sure they were all dead before darting off to help the other man with the ones that had gotten through and toward the city Yijun wasted no time as he flew at a few of them and he started spinning his body like a top and he aimed and flew right across their neck cutting them cleanly dropping them to the ground dead. Yijun wondered if the reason he didn't see them before was because they weren't giant before. "Did you see any normal sized people run toward the city?" Yijun was worried that this idea might be what had happened as some of these monsters had just come out of no where and they attacked like they knew what they were doing did it mean they were not just mindless monsters?

Iza was busy handling things here, there were a lot of these giants around the area. They were annoying to be fair. Well, they were truly giants, at least the ones he saw right now. These guys were bigger than a lot of people though, and it seemed like they weren’t as hard to kill as the one he just fought. He would fly around with Sylph and cut them down without hesitation. While he did that, he looked over to Yijun as it seemed like he was asking him a question. He heard him and he thought about it for a few seconds. He wasn’t sure that he saw anybody other than the champion that he brought out to the field.

“No, I haven’t seen anybody around other than these giant monsters here. Why do you ask is there something wrong?” He asked wondering what Yijun was thinking about.

Yijun heard the man question him and then he spoke. "Something is wrong... like how more just keep appearing out of the trees... so I was wondering if they were starting as normal people sized then expanding into these things." Yijun doesn't waste any time as he keeps going after them and attacking the monsters slashing their heels to make them kneel then swooping up and going across their necks. Yijun's hands were bruised from his hitting of the diamond like skin before and his hands still felt the pain of the attack he had made even if it wasn't horrible it was a pain that kept spurring him on as he swiftly slashed and dashed through the monsters as they were not worth his time. He was also keeping an eye out on the tree line as he went to see if he say any more or if he saw normal sized people watching them or running this way and turning into them to prove that he wasn't crazy or that his sixth sense was right.

Iza heard this coming from Yijun and he thought it was odd now that he mentioned it. He figured it was just something that was happening, but if these were people turning into these things that would be interesting. In fact, this would make him excited to hear this. They were killing humans, and he didn’t like humans as is, so taking them out would give him a sort of satisfaction. He had to calm down with the sense that the idea of striking these titans down was also killing humans.

The jester had made his move as well as he saw Yijun move onward. He would move to the smaller ones. They didn’t seem like they could harden their neck, so killing and disposing of them was easy. He would fly around and cut the necks of several of the giants. This would cause them to fall and he looked at his partner as he was close by.

“You’re probably right, but if that is true, I’m not sure there is anything we can do to save them.” He said to him as he didn’t care to come up with an idea.

He looked at the other man that said something about saving them. "Who said something about saving them? They are attacking the city, I said it to warn you not to let your guard down as they might be sneaking around here waiting for your guard to go down then spring up and attack you." Yijun had no time to think about saving enemies as they were being attacked and there wasn't much they could do outside of fighting and killing them before they kill more people and start to spread more around the north. "Just be careful of them as they seem to be up to something." Yijun had noticed that some of the ones he was killing were acting like guards to something in the trees and he was not sure why that would be the case unless some of them were still in human form and were aiming to kill off people that were in the city and to do that some of them were just acting as shields for the ones below.

Iza was glad to hear that he didn’t care about saving them. He wasn’t going to do it anyway. They had threatened their lives, and he swore one of them had tried to eat him. he laughed a bit as he was told not to let his guard down. The old elf wasn’t scared of doing that as he never planned to let his guard down. The clown would move around as he continued to cut them down. They were easily taken care of, but who was creating them? He wondered and if they were around would they show up soon?

That was what he was worried about. Whoever was doing this had a strong ability to turn regular humans into mindless creatures. This was getting interesting and he wondered if they were going to find them. He saw Yijun looking off in a direction and the giants were acting weird. They didn’t come after them, and it was then he signaled his Stand to make the champion go over there.

Yijun shifted himself a bit in the air as he dodged a few that seemed to just sprouted up out of nowhere jumping out at him. "God these things are dangerous huh?" He wondered what they were and where they came from but Yijun didn't have the time to really think hard on it as the monsters were still coming and they were starting to use more of a pack tactic approach as they were coming at him at least two at a time they were teaming up as he cut into their hands as he flew for their necks to try and cut them open and get what ever was on the inside of them to die. Yijun wasn't sure this was the best idea but he knows that he had to do something and get the pressure off of them a bit and keep the city safe, Yijun wasn't sure how long he could keep it up though.

Iza was enjoying killing these things. It was one thing to kill them but to know that they were most likely humans was great. His Champion would see something within the trees, and soon enough before he could report back what he saw, something had taken it out. The Wood-Elf knew because his mana wasn’t being drained like it was before. He laughed a bit because this was great, and they should definitely go check what those Titans were hiding.

“They are protecting something valuable over there, but I’m not sure what it is. Do you want to go check it out? It might stop all these titans from appearing, even though I don’t mind it at all.” He said to Yijun wondering if he was okay with that plan.

If not that was fine and while he waited he continued to kill the titans there around the area. He was getting the hang of both of his daggers together and enjoyed the feel of two small blades in his hands.

Yijun heard what the man said and he flew over toward where he was talking about but Yijun wasn't seeing anything and then he sees some people that are running through the trees and Yijun starts swinging his Spear and releasing slash attacks at them and he knows that he needed to make sure that it missed them in case they were just normal people put to the shock of no one they all started changing as they were monsters as well and Yijun sighed as he went after them to attempt to kill them as he has no choice as they are dangerous and looking to kill people. He needed to make sure that he didn't hold back as he needed to make sure that he kept the city safe and the people in it are safe. Yijun knows killing for no reason is bad but he is killing to protect and that is all he could do right not and he needed to just accept it and just let it happen.

Iza would make his move in the air with Yijun. It seemed like they were indeed going to check it out. When they got there, they could see people were running for their lives, but then were changing into the giants they were killing this entire time. It was confirmed then and there that what they were killing was humans.

It didn’t bother him, killing them for his reasons was good enough, but to use a different excuse was much better. He would look at Yijun and it seemed like he was handling things well. Which meant he had to go and handle his own so he would do the same thing. he would go to where his Champion was last, and he would see the Titans huddle in a formation to protect something.

He would soar toward them and cut a few of them as they tried to chomp on him. It was then his eyes would be met with a woman on one of the branches. He didn’t want to kill her, she was screwing over the human race, but she had to go.

Yijun all of a sudden had a titan's hand slam down on him and it looked like he was crashed by the giant hand that was until the hand was cut in half and Yijun flew up out of it and he went for the neck of the one that attacked him but it moved swiftly and he missed with his strike. The titans surrounded him again and he looked at the others and he spun his spear around his hand and then he swiftly moved and he sped up as he pushed himself to do what he can as he needed to slash the back of the neck and he looked at where the Jester was. He saw the man going toward a woman in a tree and Yijun let his spear fly and slash through the backs of the necks of the titans that tried hard to kill Yijun and were keeping him busy from going to find out what that woman was doing here or if she was the one doing this.

Iza looked at the woman as if she would do the same thing. they stared at each other for a bit and then soon after he would speak.

“You should probably leave. I don’t think ya would be able to handle me and my partner. And I don’t mind what ya doing, but I have a job ta do. So, if ya decide to stay I will have to cut ya down.” He said to her hoping that she would heed his warning.

She was confused that he had spoken to her and was giving her an out. She was about to refuse but then thought about it. She had done enough damage, here and she should leave anyway. She nodded to agree with him before she used one of the titans protecting her to smack Iza away.

He would move away and when he rushed back to see if she was there she was gone. He sucked his teeth and rushed over to Yijun.

Yijun kept fighting the titan and he needed to end this to get over to Iza but there was no way he could keep ignoring the monsters to look that way. Yijun blocked attacks and kept attacking as the last of the titans seemed to be here and he wondered if they were backing up and leaving now or were they attacking was the change and he found an opening and he kept going and starting at the titans necks and he didn't let himself slow and he struck without thinking or worrying about his hurt hands but he couldn't let it hold him back as he needed to get through and strike the monsters and he was not backing up and he finished the last of the monsters that were around him and he was not going to back down and then Yijun spoke to Iza. "Do you see any more of them?" Yijun seemed very on edge and he hoped that the attacks were ending and that he could not rest.

Iza had approached Yijun and when he did the man had finished off the titans that were around him. When he had asked the question, he looked around to see another pair of eyes, but he wouldn’t see any more of them. He looked at Yijun as soon as he finished scouting.

“No, and the woman had one of the titans smack me away before disappearing. Once I saw she was gone I killed the rest that were there and came to tell you what happened. Still, it seems like she was the one controlling these giants and making more of them. It seemed like she had some weird, yet scary power.” He said to Yijun.

Still, with there not being any more titans around, they had accomplished their job here. They would be able to head off and see if this place needed more help or if they should go elsewhere and see what they could do.
